[Order/Payment]

A Purchase limit is set per order due to the potential customs clearance issues. Orders exceeding the maximum Purchase limit for these countries cannot be placed. This policy is in place to ensure smooth customs clearance, so please note and understand this purchase limit policy before placing your order.

If you did not receive your order information via email, you can check and track your order by following the steps below.

Depending on each country’s shipping and customs policies, purchases exceeding certain value limits may be subject to customs rejection or related risks. If a shipment is returned or disposed of due to customs rejection in the destination country, CU Global Shop does not provide compensation for any resulting refunds, exchanges, or reshipments. In addition, splitting orders into multiple shipments to bypass country-specific maximum purchase limits is not permitted.

Please make sure to comply with the following shipping guidelines:

① Please place your orders within the maximum allowable purchase amount for each country (refer to the table below).

② If the total amount of your orders within a single day exceeds the country-specific limit, customs clearance issues may occur, and such orders may be canceled at the company’s discretion.

③ Additional orders may be placed after D+3 from the original purchase date. Orders placed within D+3 may be canceled at the company’s discretion if they are likely to cause shipping delays or customs clearance issues.

※ To ensure a safe and smooth delivery process, CU Global Shop reserves the right to take necessary action on any orders that do not comply with the above guidelines. We appreciate your understanding that these measures are in place to ensure safe delivery for all customers.

After payment is completed, your order details will be sent to your email. You can also view your receipt in the “Orders” section of “My Page”.

At CU Global Shop, product prices are displayed in both USD and the local currency, depending on the selected shipping country. At check out, only the USD amount will be displayed, and all payments are processed in USD. As a result, due to exchange rate fluctuations on the actual payment processing date, there may be slight differences between the local currency amount shown at the time of order and the amount charged or withdrawn by your card issuer or bank.

If you would like to pay via PayPal, please check the following:

º A PayPal account is required. If you don’t have one, please sign up first.

º Please make sure that your billing address registered with PayPal matches your shipping address.

If your PayPal payment remains in “Pending” status for more than 2 hours, please contact PayPal Customer Support for assistance.

The local currency amount displayed on each product page is based on the exchange rate of the day, and all payments are processed in USD. As a result, due to exchange rate fluctuations on the actual payment processing date set by your card issuer or bank, there may be differences between the displayed local currency amount and the amount actually charged or withdrawn.

In addition, overseas transaction fees may be applied depending on your bank or payment method, so please contact your card issuer or payment provider for more details.

This is a common occurrence in international transactions, and CU Global Shop does not compensate for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate differences.

[Shipping]

You can get free shipping on orders over $65. Since shipping rates vary by country, the discount amount will be shown at checkout.

1) Please double-check that the shipping address entered at the time of order is correct.

2) Please contact the courier (UPS) to verify whether the delivery was completed and request detailed information.

3) If the issue cannot be resolved through the courier, please submit a 1:1 inquiry and our team will review and get back to you.

Shipments and deliveries are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery may take up to 10–12 days depending on the destination country, and we will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible in the order it was received.

If you were unable to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact the courier directly for assistance. To arrange a re-delivery, please contact the local courier (UPS).

If your order status has changed to “In Transit” but is experiencing delays, there may be an issue with the delivery. Please check the following:

2) Please review the following based on the delivery status:

① If there is no update after arrival at customs: Please contact the local customs office or courier to check if any documents or information are required and confirm the current status of your shipment.

② If there is no update for an extended period after arrival in the destination country: Please check the estimated delivery time for the country and contact the local courier to inquire about the package location and expected delivery date.

③ If tax payment is required: Please check the payment amount via email or SMS received from the local courier and proceed with the payment. For details on payment methods, please contact the courier.

④ If marked as incorrect address or recipient unavailable: Please contact the local courier to arrange a re-delivery.

For cross-border deliveries, customers act as the importer and are responsible for confirming any restricted or prohibited items with the customs authority of the destination country.

If prohibited items are included in your order and are seized by customs or cannot be cleared under local regulations, CU Global Shop is not involved in customs decisions and will not provide reshipment or refunds for such items. Please ensure that you review any import restrictions or prohibited items before placing your order.

CU Global Shop offers international shipping only, and delivery to Korea is not available. If you would like to receive your order within Korea, please use Pocket CU or visit a nearby CU store.

Shipping fees on CU Global Shop may vary, and the minimum order amount is USD 65 across all countries. Please check the detailed shipping policy for each country at the time of order.

The final payment amount excludes customs duties and taxes. For products in the “Ramyun” category, shipping fees are applied separately. A fee of USD 6 per box (12–16 items) will be charged.

[Tax / Customs duty]

For international orders and deliveries, customers are considered the importer and are therefore responsible for any applicable customs duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value-Added Tax (VAT), or other charges that may occur during international shipping.

As customs policies vary by country, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to confirm applicable import duties and any other requirements. CU Global Shop cannot guarantee or be held responsible for these charges.

In some countries, additional fees such as handling fees or brokerage fees may apply on top of customs duties. These are separate service charges imposed by the courier during customs processing and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. CU Global Shop is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from non-payment.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or disposed of due to unpaid duties or fees, CU Global Shop will not be able to provide reshipment or refunds.

Additionally, any customs duties or service fees already paid to customs or the courier are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed by CU Global Shop.

Due to China’s shipping policy, purchases exceeding ¥1,000 will be rejected for customs clearance.

This policy is governed by Chinese regulations, and CU Global Shop does not provide compensation for any refunds, exchanges, or reshipments resulting from orders exceeding ¥1,000.

In addition, splitting orders into multiple shipments to bypass the ¥1,000 limit is not permitted.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you keep your total purchase under ¥1,000 per day (based on the daily exchange rate).

Please note that if the total amount of your orders—including those from other services—exceeds ¥1,000 within a single day, customs clearance issues may occur. CU Global Shop reserves the right to take necessary action on such orders at its own discretion.

Taxes and customs duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

When processing customs declarations, the total declared value may include free gifts, point-redemption amounts, and shipping fees.

For international orders, customers are regarded as the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, or other related charges.

In addition to these, extra fees such as administrative or brokerage charges may be applied during the customs clearance process.

[Refund / Exchanges / Returns]

Refund processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and may take up to 30 business days. If your refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your payment provider (e.g., PayPal) for more detailed information on the status.

※ The refund method is determined by the policies of the financial institution processing the refund.

If the product is defective or you received an incorrect item, please contact us via 1:1 Inquiry [Contact] within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of international shipping, exchanges are not supported by CU Global Shop.

Returns (refunds) will not be accepted in the following cases:

① If the package was returned due to customer-related reasons. (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.)

② If the return is due to a change of mind. (refund requests are accepted within 7 days of receipt).

③ If the wrong item was ordered due to customer error. (including incorrect options or color selection).

④ If the return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

⑤ If the product has been intentionally damaged or used.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Therefore, in the event of allergic reactions or skin issues, CU Global Shop does not provide refunds or returns.
