If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return (refund) within 30 days from the date of delivery completion.

If the return (refund) is approved for the above reasons, the Company will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and it may take approximately 7 to 21 business days to complete.
If fraudulent or excessive return (refund) requests are identified, CU Global Shop reserves the right to restrict future return (refund) requests.
All return (refund) approvals are subject to the discretion of CU Global Shop.

■ Non-Eligibility for Returns (Refunds)
Returns (refunds) are only applicable in cases of defective products.
Please note that returns (refunds) will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. Change of mind
2. Products not purchased from CU Global Shop
3. Returns caused by customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.)
4. Incorrect orders due to customer mistake
5. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery completion
6. Intentionally damaged products
7. Used products
8. Requests for return due to change in color or product options
